Processing is a programming language that focuses at the visual arts and visual literacy within technology.

Processing has various features such as:

» Free to download and open source
» Interactive programs with 2D, 3D or PDF output
» OpenGL integration for accelerated 3D
» For GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows
» Over 100 libraries extend the core software
» Well documented, with many books available.

PROCESSING

During the first weeks of the semester Processing was explained, the class made some experiments with it, the aim for this assignment was to create a interactive/visual project. Processing provides facilities at the moment of programming, basic animation and interactive projects can be developed with simple code.
